Yoga
A (paid) yoga class precedes the meditation session on Monday evenings from 6:15 to 7:15 pm. - no yoga experience is necessary. The class will emphasise connecting the breath with movement, linking the postures in a gentle but dynamic flow. For the yoga class please wear loose comfortable clothing, and arrive in time for the class to start promptly at 6:15 pm
The class is suitable for anyone in reasonable health - if you have severe health problems please consult your doctor or contact Tessa (the instructor) to discuss whether the class will be appropriate for you.
Yoga classes will be run on a drop-in basis, costing £8.00 (£5.00 concess
ions).
